6 Tablespoons Coconut Shavings
6 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Confectioners’ Sugar

Preparation

Chill, peel, seed, and chop avocados.
Chill heavy cream.
Toast coconut shavings.

Directions

Combine avocados, sugar, cream, and lime juice in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
