- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 To 2 Tablespoons Creme Fraiche
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 To 2 Chives
Preparation
Directions
- Break eggs into a cold, saucepan.
- Add 1 tablespoon butter.
- Place the pan over medium high heat.
- Whisk using a spatula, stir continuously while cooking.
- Remove from heat every 30 seconds for 30 seconds, repeat until cooked.
- When nearly cooked, remove from heat, add creme fraiche, salt, pepper, and chives.
- Serve immediately.
