Preparation
- Dice Onion
- Dice Tomato
- Dice Garlic
- Dice Mushroom
Directions
Rice
- Prepare rice according to packaging instructions.
Vegetables
- Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat.
- Saute onions and garlic.
- Add mushrooms when onions start to brown.
- Add tomatoes 2-3 minutes later.
- When vegetables have cooked down, add vegetable stock, vinegar, and spices.
